摘要
纳米材料光电探测器的开发是纳米材料应用研究的一个重要分支。以几个纳米颗粒制作光电探测器为例，讨论了随着纳米颗粒材料研究的深入，对光电探测器的研发带来的巨大影响。
Exploiting nano particles based on photodetectors has been recognized as one important branch of the application research in nanostructured material. This review presents some examples of fabricating nanoparticles based photodetectors recently, the objective is to discuss the impaction to the development of photodetectors by the rapid progress of nanoparticles research.
