摘要
利用在金属基板表面电镀一层金属Fe纳米晶,然后通过热氧化法制备出了一维Fe2O3金属氧化物纳米针;利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、超高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)等对纳米晶和纳米针的晶体结构与微观形貌等进行了表征。实验发现影响纳米针制备和形貌的主要因素有:电沉积参数、热氧化温度、热氧化气氛等。初步研究认为纳米针的生长机理为“底部扩散生长”。
A process for synthesis one-dimension Fe2O3 iron oxide nanoneedles upon iron nanocrystalline layers which were pulse-plated on the metal substrates using thermal oxidation in furnace was introduced. The crystal structure and the microstructure of the plated iron nanocrystalline and the nanoneedles were characterized by using SEM, TEM, HRTEM and XRD respectively. The experiment found that influencing factors for synthesizing nanoneedles including plating parameters, thermal oxidation temperature and reaction atmosphere, etc. Preliminary research showed that the growth mechanism of the nanoneedles corresponding to the "root diffusion growth process".
