摘要
有证据提示生长抑素抑制不同正常细胞和肿瘤细胞的生长和发展。在体内和体外实验中，生长抑素类似物对多种实验室模型显示出抗肿瘤作用。多种人类肿瘤上表达有生长抑素受体。本文对生长抑素及类似物治疗肿瘤机理的研究进展进行综述。
Evidence showed that somatostatin could inhibit the growth of both normal and malignant cells. In vitro and vivo experiments, somatostatin showed the anti-tumor potency. Different sub-type receptors of somatostatin were found on the surface of cell membrane. This article overviewed the Advance in the research of treating neoplasm with somatostatin and its analogues .
