摘要 目的探讨大鼠不同剂量脑照射后神经行为的变化。方法用60^Co作10Gy,30Gy单次照射大鼠脑,利用自发活动实验、Morris水迷官分别对照射后7d、1mo和6mo的大鼠神经行为进行测定。结果照射7d后,大鼠自发活动减少,30Gy组少于10Gy组(P〈0.05)。Morris水迷宫的游泳轨迹和潜伏期与对照组比较差异无显著统计学意义;照射1mo和6mo后,大鼠自发活动增加,Morris水迷宫潜伏期延长,30Gy组高于10Gy组(P〈0.05),Morris水迷宫的游泳轨迹3组比较差异有显著才的统计学意义。结论大鼠脑照射后引起神经行为改变与照射剂量、照射后时间有关,自发活动改变早于学习记忆能力的改变。 Objective To investigate the neurobehavior changes in the difference time after irradiation in different dosage on the encephalon of rats. Methods The encephalon of rats were irradiated by 6^Co at a single dose of 10Gy and 30Gy. The neurobehavioral changes were observed by the locomotor activity test and Morris water labyrinth in 7 days, 1 month and 6 months after irradiation, respectively. Results In 7 days after irradiation, the locomotor activity of the irradiated rats decreased, the 30Gy group decreased more than the 10Gy group (P〈0.05), and the swim track and lantency of the irradiated rats in Morris water labyrinth were not obviously different from that of control group. In 1 month and 6 months after irradiation, the locomotor activity of the irradiated rats increased (P〈0.05). The lantency of the irradiated rats was prolonged, the 30Gy group prolonged more than the 10Gy group (P〈0.05), and the swim track was obviously different in 3 groups. Conclusions The changes of the neurobehavior of the irradiated rat could correspond to the irradiation time and irradiation dosage, and the changes of the locomotor activity might be earlier than that of study and memory.
