摘要
NF-κB是广泛存在于哺乳动物中的转录因子,其在控制细胞增殖、凋亡以及肿瘤的发生、发展等问题上均起着重要的作用。因此,深入探讨NF—κB在体内的活化机制以及其与肿瘤之间的关系具有重要的意义。本文对NF—κB的组成、结构、激活途径以及与肿瘤的关系作一简要综述。
NF-κB is a transcription factor resided in mammal extensively; It plays an essential role not only in controlling cell proliferation, apoptosis, but also in tumorigenesis and development. Thus, to probe thoroughly the mechanism of its activation in vivo as well as its close relationship with cancers will be of vital significance. Here, we briefly reviewed the composition, structure, activation pathway of NF-κB and its relationship with tumors.
