摘要
目的研究在长期低强度微波辐射的作业环境下工人身心健康的改变。方法通过对326名接触低强度微波辐射平均近10年的作业工人和483名对照组的心血管和植物神经功能方面的检查来比较这两方面改变的显著性。结果长期接触低强度的微波仍然会对作业工人产生心血管(心率、血压、心电图较对照组都有部分改变,P<0.05)和植物神经功能方面的部分改变(15项中的4项,P<0.05)。结论长期接触低强度的微波辐射[连续波<200μW/cm2(2000mW/m2);脉冲波<100μW/cm2]的作业环境仍然要考虑加强必要的防护措施,改进工人的作业环境。
Objective To study the mental and health changes of the workers working in low intensity microwave radiation environment for a long time. Methods Cardiovascular and vegetative nervous functions were examined and compared between 326 workers exposed to low intensity microwave radiation for nearly 10 years and 483 controlled workers. Results The investigation showed partial changes (heart rate, blood pressure, and EKG) of cardiovascular and plant neural function had taken place in the workers exposed to low intensity microwave radiation for a long time. Conclusion Necessary protective measures must be considered to be strengthened in the environment where the workers have been exposed to low intensity microwave radiation (Continuous wave 〈200 μW/cm^2 ;Pulse wave 〈 100 μW/cm^2 ) for a long time. The working condition must also be improved.
