摘要
目的探讨低氧预处理对大鼠受模拟晕船刺激适应过程的影响。方法36只大鼠随机分为晕船对照组(Ⅰ)、晕船组(Ⅱ)、低氧预处理后晕船组(Ⅲ)3组。Ⅲ组大鼠先接受模拟5km低氧环境4h/d,连续5d。低氧结束次日起Ⅱ、Ⅲ两组接受模拟晕船刺激2h/d,连续15d。测定大鼠每日高岭土摄入量、体增重和进食量。结果Ⅲ组大鼠晕船适应期间高岭土摄入量高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),且Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组大鼠晕船适应期间体增重均低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组间无差异(P>0.05);各组大鼠晕船适应期间进食量无差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组高岭土摄入量均在晕船第12天起与Ⅰ组无差异(P>0.05)。结论低氧预处理可能加重大鼠晕船症状,但不明显影响其体增重、进食量及其晕船适应的时程。
Objective To explore the effect of hypoxic preconditioning on certain habituation processes in rats treated by mimic seasickness. Methods Animals were randomly assigned into control group ( Ⅰ ), rotation group ( Ⅱ ), hypoxic preconditioning before rotation group ( Ⅲ ). Group Ⅲ was first exposed to 5 km stimulated hypoxia 4h/day for 5 days. Following the last day of procedural hypoxic preconditioning, group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were simultaneously rotated 2 h/day for 15 days. The consumptions of kaolin, food intake and body weight were recorded each day. Results The rats in group Ⅲ were observed to have more kaolin consumption than those in group Ⅱ ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the rats in both group Ⅱ and Ⅲ comsumed more kaolin than those in group Ⅰ ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Body weight increases of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ during the rotation session were significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ ( P 〈 0.05 ), but not between group Ⅱ and Ⅲ ( P 〉 0.05 ). No differences of food intakes among three groups were observed ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The result of kaolin intake revealed that there were not differences of kaolin consumptions between group Ⅱ and group Ⅰ , or between group Ⅲ and group Ⅰ , over the last 4 sessions ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Hypoxic preconditioning could deteriorate the symptomes of seasickness, but might not influence the changes of body weight increase or food intake as well as habituation processes in rats treated by mimic seasickness.
