三峡永久船闸一期工程监理进度控制

摘要 三峡永久船闸为双线五级,全长6442m,设计年单向通过能力为5000万t,最大水头113m。一期工程包括一期开挖、高边坡山体排水一期工程和输水系统施工支洞三大标块。监理进度控制采用主动控制与动态控制相结合、超前预测与事后分析相结合的综合措施来保证关键线路和工期。从编制监理规划和控制性进度计划开始,到审批施工组织设计、实施性进度计划的检查监督与协调、施工进度设计的调整等,形成了一整套强有力的进度控制流程。 The permanent shiplock of the Three Gorges Project is of double - line five stages type. It has a total length of 6 442 m and a maximum water head of 113 m. Its annual single - direction passing capacity is designed to be 50 million tons. the permanent shiplock construction in the first stage includes its excavation in the first stage,drainage works of the high slope in the first stage,construction adit of the water conveyance system. A comprehensive measure was taken in the course of supervision and schedule control, combining active control with dynamic control,predication with analysis afterwards,to ensure the critical path and construction period. A complete set of vigorous schedule control flow has been established, involving workingout of supervision plan and controlled progress schedule; examination and approval of construction arrangement and design; checking, supervision and coordination of practicable progress schedule; regulation of construction progress schedule and so on.
