摘要
通过对食管癌患者术后早期应用中药辅助肠内营养支持,观察营养、免疫指标的变化,探讨中药及肠内营养对食管癌患者术后恢复的影响。选择130例食管癌患者,分为中药辅助肠内营养组(55例)、肠内营养组(45例)和对照组(30例),分别检测营养指标和免疫指标。结果中药辅助肠内营养组和肠内营养组术后第8天比对照组的血清前白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平高(P<0.05);中药辅助组和肠内营养组IgA、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。初步研究结果提示,食管癌术后早期中药辅助进行肠内营养,可以显著降低肠内营养并发症的发生率,有效地促进和恢复胃肠功能,改善患者的营养状况,提高术后患者的免疫功能。
The objective of this research was to study the change of early post-operative enteral nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine on nutrional status and immunity for patients with esophageal cancer, and to evaluate effect of enteral nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine on the recover of the patients. A total of 130 patients with esophageal cancer were randomized into enteral nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine group (TCM+ EN) and enteral nutrition group (EN) and the control group. The results showed that on POD8, serum PAB, TRF, IgA, CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ levels in the enteral nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine group and enteral nutrition group were significant higher than those in the control group. The find ings suggest that the early post operative enteral nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine in patients with esophageal cancer can decrease the incidence of complication in enteral nutrition and improve the nutrional status and immune function for the patients.
