摘要 目的:综述针灸治疗运动性低血睾酮的现状及发展趋势。资料来源:应用计算机和手工检索CNKI数据库和万方数据库1997/2005与针灸、运动医学和体育学院学报等相关的文献,检索词“为针灸疗法”、“睾酮”和“运动”,并限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:检索与血睾酮、运动性低血睾酮和运动性疲劳有关的针灸(包括:针刺、艾灸、电针、温针灸和耳针等方面)文献,包括临床治疗和实验研究两部分;文献类型以期刊为主。对搜集到有关运动性疲劳的文献中未涉血睾酮和运动性低血睾酮者,予以排除。资料提炼:对收集到的32篇文献,按针刺、艾灸、电针、温针灸和耳针等方面进行归类、分析和取舍。最终被采用文献24篇。资料综合:24篇文献包括临床治疗19篇,实验研究5篇。运动性低血睾酮主要以针刺、艾灸、电针、温针灸耳针等的治疗为主。运动性低血睾酮发生的机制,目前尚无明确定论,现代研究多集中在睾丸分泌睾酮能力的调节变化,以及睾丸自身机能的变化两个方面。针灸治疗运动性低血睾酮的机制研究,主要从“下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴”和“下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴”两个内分泌系统入手。针灸治疗研究中以补虚强壮的腧(为主,取(特点是标本兼治、局部整体兼顾、辨证配(和独取特定(相结合。结论:针灸治疗运动性低血睾酮具有优势,随着针灸治疗手段的改进与更新和针灸与中药的结合,发挥中医辨证优选针灸处方、刺激强度和补泻手法,在治疗运动性低血睾酮和抗运动性疲劳的研究方面,有着巨大的发展潜力和广阔的应用前景。 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the present situation and the development prospect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for exercise-induced low serum testosterone. DATA SOURCES: The computer research and artificial retrieval were used in collecting the related references in CNKI and Wanfang database from 1997 to 2005 in regard to acupuncture and moxibustion, sports medicine and journals of physical education institutes, etc. with the key words of "testosterone, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, exercise" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The following conditions were taken into account: It was journal that dominated the types of references. Only those references were referring to the acupuncture therapy (such as acupuncture, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, warm needling and auricular needle, etc.) for exercise-induced low serum testosterone and exercise-induced fatigue, involving clinical therapy and experimental study. However, those references unrelated with exercise-induced low serum testosterone and exercise-induced fatigue were discarded. DATA EXTRACTION: There were 32 relevant references, which were sorted, analyzed and screened according to the author's research project. Eventually 24 references were adopted. DATA SYNTHESIS: The 24 references contained 19 pieces of clinical therapy and 5 pieces of experimental study, which were sorted in line of acupuncture, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, warm needling and auricular acupuncture. The mechanism of exercise-induced low serum testosterone is unclear at present, while modern researches focus on the changes of testosterone-excreting ability and the self-function of testes. The mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for exercise-induced low serum testosterone is mainly divided into two endocrine systems, namely hypothalami-pituitary-gonadal axis and hypothalami-pituitary-adrenal gland axis. The acupoints are used to relieve deficiency and reinforce energy with the selection features of treating the primary and secondary aspects of a disease at the same time, giving considerations to both local and whole, and selecting acupoints based on syndrome differentiation combing with special acupoint. CONCLUSION: The treatment of exercise-induced low serum testosterone by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has significant advantages and will have tremendous development potential and vast application prospect in terms of the researches of the treatment of exercise-induced low serum testosterone and the resistance of exercise-induced fatigue, with the improvement and update of the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion, and the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion with Chinese medicinal herbs, and by optimizing acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions, stimulation intensity, and strengthening and reducing methods according to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
