窄谱中波紫外线联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗白癜风疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:随机选取98例患者,治疗组49例采用NB-UVB与卡介菌多糖核酸联合治疗,对照组49例单独采用NB-UVB治疗,并将二组皮损面积大的进展期患者进行疗效分析。结果:治疗组有效率为83.67%,对照组有效率为51.02%(2χ=11.76,P<0.05),两组疗效比较差异有显著性。进展期患者治疗组有效率为71.43%,对照组有效率为42.86%(2χ=4.58,P<0.05),两组疗效比较差异有显著性。结论:NB-UVB联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗白癜风疗效确切,尤其对于进展期的白癜风患者有明显的增强复色作用及控制皮损发展的疗效。 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Narrow Band Ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) associate with Polysaccharide Nucleic Acidfraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG-PSN) for treatment of vitiligo. Methods: We choosed 98 cases of vitiligo patients and divided into two groups at random. The 49 cases of therapy group patients treated with NB-UVB associate with BCG-PSN. The other 49 cases as control group patients treated only with NB-UVB. To observe and analysis the clinical efficacy of the evolving period patients with large skin damage. Results: We obtained 83.67% efficacy rate for therapy group, and 51.02% efficacy rate for control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). For the evolving period patients we obtained 71.43% efficacy rate for therapy group,and 42.86% efficacy rate for control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : NB-UVB associated with BCG-PSN was an excellent method for treatment of vitiligo, especially in the treatment for evolving period vitiligo patients. The methods had their definite clinical efficacy to resume the skin color and control the damage.
