摘要 介绍了提高精炼钢包寿命的技术措施,对比了采用MgO-MA-C砖综合砌筑的试验方案A和采用优质MgO-C砖综合砌筑的试验方案B在精炼钢包中的使用效果,分析了不同工艺因素对钢包寿命的影响。结果表明:方案A和方案B均能大幅度提高钢包内衬寿命,但方案A具有更好的使用效果,其综合寿命比方案B高7.2%,渣线平均侵蚀速度比方案B低15.8%。钢包残砖显微结构分析表明,致密MA层的形成是MgO-MA-C砖获得良好使用效果的主要原因,这为进一步提高精炼钢包寿命提供了新的研究方向。同时,钢包周转时间、钢液温度、钢包渣成分等工艺因素对钢包寿命也有显著影响,因此稳定钢包操作,加强生产管理对提高钢包寿命具有重要意义。 The technical measures for increasing the service life of refining ladle lining were presented, and the influence of service conditions on the life during the campaign were investigated. The practical results of two different projects were compared. The project A was that the ladle was lined with MgO - MA - C bricks on the whole wall and the project B was that the slag zone was lined with MgO - C bricks while the sidewall was lined with A1203 - MgO- C bricks. The results showed that both project A and B could increase the service life remarkably, the ladle comprehensive life of the project A increased 7.2 % and the average corrosion rate of slag zone decreased 15.8% compared with the project B in practical operation. Microstructure analysis of the used bricks from the ladle lining suggested that the formation of dense MA layer in the project A was the key to prolong service life. Besides, service conditions such as turnover time of ladle, steel liquid temperature, slag compositions and so on were also contributed to the service life. It was found that the life could also be im- proved effectively by stabilizing the ladle operations during the campaign and the refining process.
