摘要
在本文提出的起升机构传动比设计方法中,起升重量按相应的载荷谱计入,参数优化是以输出最高生产率的理想特性为目标的,这都与传统设计方法不同。依此作出的算例表明,其结果与国外典型塔机的相应参数值完全吻合,同时又表明国产塔机在性能挖掘上尚存相当潜力。因之可以认为本文提出的方法实用而积极,可直接用于各种类型有级变速起升机构传动系设计及相应减速器的系列化设计。
In the design melhod of hoisting emchanisn tronsmission ratio presented in the paper the hoisting weight is eadculated in according to the realtine load spetrum and the parameter optimegation is to expont the highest production ratio as an abject. It is different from the traditional disign. Aecording to The calcu; ated examples the results are totally same with the relative parameters of imported cranes, and it shous that the cranes made in china hove rather potertial to dig the method presented in the paper is practical and can be axed for the design of defferent hoisting mechanism trahsmiss.
