摘要
挖掘机大修的目的是消除隐患,更换磨损和疲劳到限的零、部件,以恢复机械的动力性能和经济性,并巩固机件的耐用性,延长机械的使用寿命。这里列举了挖掘机常见的故障现象及原因,从而进一步研究和探讨排除方法。
The Purpose of major repair for excavators is to eliminate invisible defects, to replace the excessive wear and fatigue parts, to resume the powerful and economical function, to increase the durability of parts, and to exeend the service life of machine.The causes and reasoms of failure easily-appeared are listed and the removal measurements are researched in the paper.
