摘要
目的观察2例院前应用关木通(AMK)婴儿引起的肾损害情况。方法回顾分析收治的2例AMK引起的肾损伤小婴儿患者的临床资料,并对该病发病机制、防治和预后进行评价。结果2例患儿均出现严重急性肾衰竭(ARF),预后不良。结论AMK引起的婴儿肾损伤病情重。某些药物(如糖皮质激素)对其治疗和预后可能有一定作用。
Objective To observe the renal lesion caused by aristolochia rnanshuriensis kom（AMK） through 2 infants who had used AMK before hospitalization. Method Retrospecting the 2 cases of infants caused by AMK from 2002 to 2003, and evaluating their pathngenesis, treatment, and prognosis. Result Two infants both presented with symptoms of acute renal failure（ARF）, and poor outcome. Conclusions Renal lesion in infant caused by AMK is serious. Some medcines, such as glucocorticostemid, may be useful for its treatment and prngnosis.
