摘要 转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)是肝纤维化的启动、进展乃至肝硬化的形成中发挥核心作用的细胞因子,是激活肝星状细胞(HSC)并促进其表达细胞外基质(ECM)的关键因素。我们曾提出构建TGFβ1抗原编码序列与乙型肝炎核心抗原(HBcAg)编码序列的融合基因,将TGFβ1构建为疫苗,刺激机体产生抗体,中和自体产生的过量的TGFβ1,从而达到预防和治疗纤维化的目的。本研究旨在探讨该融合蛋白对实验性肝纤维化大鼠肝组织基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)表达的影响,以期能进一步证实TGFβ1疫苗在肝纤维化治疗中的作用,现报道如下。
