摘要
介绍了原位铝基复合材料常见的陶瓷强化相、金属间化合物强化相及陶瓷-金属间化合物复合强化相,并就目前的研究现状进行了举例说明。反应合成的铝基复合材料具有常温力学性能高、高温性能好和耐磨性突出的优点,而存在的主要研究难题则是整个材料均质化方法不理想、生长机制等基础理论研究缺乏、反应伴生的化合物难以控制等。
Ceramic strengthening phase, intermetallic strengthening phase and ceramic-intermetallic strengthening phase commonly appeared in A1 matrix in-situ composites are briefly summarized and the research of present situation are explained with examples. The A1 matrix composites by reaction synthesis put up high mechanical behavior, well high-temperature properties and excellent wearing quality but the existent difficulties lie in that homogenizing method is not perfect, fundamental research to growth mechanism is absent and the concomitance compound come from reaction is difficult to eliminate at present.
