我国学生体育竞赛制度调控的内容、要求与方法

Contents,Demands and Methods of Regulation and Control of Students' Sports Competition System in Our Country

运用系统论、控制论、运动竞赛学等理论,对我国学生体育竞赛制度中的组织管理、运动员参赛资格、升降级制度、运动员档案跟踪、裁判仲裁等方面进行研究;并就学生体育竞赛管理结构体系、竞赛制度与竞赛运行能力、裁判员队伍建设及其执法公平与公正性、运动员文化教育与训练比赛间矛盾冲突、训练与比赛环境调控的内容、要求及方法等进行论述。

The theory of system, cybernetics, sports competition science etc. were applied to doing research on such aspects in the students＇ sports competitive system of our country as： the organization and management, athletes＇ qualification for competitions, grade-rising and demoting system, trailing of athletes＇ files, judgment and orbitration etc.. It pointed out separately the contents, demands and methods of regulating and controlling the structural system of students＇ sports competition management, competitive system and operative ability of competitions, construction of referee rank and fairness and justice of enforcing regulations and rules, conflict of the contradiction of cultural education with training and competition, and training and competitive environment.
