摘要 科技期刊编辑具有选题的超前意识对办好期刊至关重要。科技期刊编辑要获得选题的超前意识的有效途径:一要认真学习党的各项方针政策,掌握科技发展的规律,科学预测科技发展的趋势;二要广泛收集并正确选择各自学科领域的科技信息。
