社会主义新农村建设是一项“系统工程”,它与农村建设用地整理政策密切相关,整理好农村建设用地可以提高土地利用的节约化、集约化程度,增加农民收入,改善农村生活和工作环境,促进城乡一体化协调发展.因此,社会主义新农村建设要从规划制定、资金投入、制度创新等方面对建设用地整理进行适当安排,以使社会主义新农村建设取得良好效果.

Socialist new countryside construction is a “system project”, which has a close relationship with con struction - land consolidation of countryside. Land consolidation in rural area is beneficial to land economizing and land intensifying. It also increases peasants income, improve their living and working conditions, promote integrative development between urban area and rural area. Therfore, it is necessary to do work in making plans, investing funds, innovating system and other fields if good effects are obtained in new countryside conswtruction.
