摘要
目的:探索有利于农村中医药人才培养的相关政策体系,为有关部门和院校的决策提供参考。方法:采用查阅文献、分层随机抽样调查法和咨询法对3个省、9个县、27个乡(镇)、81个村的基层卫生机构进行调查分析和可行性论证。结果:接受调查的农村在职中医药人员1968人中,80%以上的被调查者个人收入低、学历低、水平低等,急需在职教育培训。结论:应制定切实可行的、有利于为农村培养下得去、留得住、用得上的实用型中医药人才的政策体系。
Objective: To investigate the correlated policy system benefited for cultivation of countryside doctors of TCM, it hopes to supply some information for correlated departments or colleges in making policy. Method : the reading literature, investigation of hierarchical randomization and consultation methods were used to investigate and analyze foot layer health care institutions in 3 provinces, 9 towns, 27 rural areas, and make a feasible demonstration. Result: In the 1968 countryside doctors of TCM on the job, 80% of them are low income, low academic career, few skills, and so on, need do educational training on the job quickly. Conclusion: the policy system, which is feasible, fit to cultivate practical doctors of TCM for countryside, should be formulated.
