摘要
目的:比较不同生产厂家的川贝枇杷糖浆质量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以吸收度为纵坐标,浓度为横坐标,绘制标准曲线测定贝母素甲含量。结果:不同生产厂家的川贝枇杷糖浆中贝母素甲含量相差很大。结论:川贝枇杷糖浆的质量标准应按高标准执行。
Objective: To compare the quality of Chuanbeipipa syrup produced by different factories. Method: To adopt the ultraviolet spectrephotometry, the absorbability was used as the Y - axis and the concentration as the X - axis by drawing standard curve for determination of the content of peimine. Result : the contents of peimine existed great differences in Chuanbeipipa syrup produced by different factories. Conclusion: The quality control of Chuanbeipipa syrup should be carried out according to high standard.
