象皮生肌膏的制备与质量标准

Preparation of Xiangpi Shengji Paste and Its Quality Standard

目的:研究象皮生肌膏的制备,建立象皮生肌膏的质量标准。方法:将当归、人参、生地、土鳖虫、天龙等中药制成软膏剂,对当归、人参、生地进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果:薄层色谱鉴别中,本品供试品溶液与对照品溶液相应位置具相同颜色的荧光斑点,空白对照无干扰。结论:该制剂的制备方法可行,能保证制剂质量,检验方法能准确、方便地进行定性鉴定。

Objective ： To study the preparation of Xiangpi Shengji Paste and establish its quality standard. Method ： the ngelica root, ginseng, rehmannia dride rhizome, cockroach and so drugs were prepared the unguentum, the ngelica root, ginseng and rehmannia dride rhizome were identified with thin - layer chromatography（TLC）. Result： In the identified process, the testing solution showed the same light spot with control solution, the blank had no interference. Conclusion： the method for preparation of the drug is feasible, can control the quality.
