摘要
本文采用表面增强拉曼光谱,观察了稀土三价铈离子与银表面NAD自组装单层膜的相互作用。实验结果和PM3理论计算表明,三价铈离子是与NAD+分子中磷酸酯及核糖部分发生配位,从而影响单分子层的吸附结构。
The structure of NAD^+ monolayers at the silver surface and the impact of Ce^3+ on it were investigated by using SERS spectroscopy. The results of spectra and vibration calculations with PM3 method suggest that Ce^3+ trend to form complex with the phosphate and ribose on the nicotinamide side of NAD^+, leading to the change of its adsorption mode.
