摘要 报道了以乙酸、氯气为原料,乙酐为催化剂,浓硫酸为助催化剂,通过催化精馏的方法连续化合成高纯度氯乙酸,物料配比m(乙酸)/m(氯气)/m(乙酐)/m(浓硫酸)为1/1.26/0.08/0.008,反应温度控制在100~105℃,产品氯乙酸纯度≥99%。本方法原料易得,工艺简洁,可操作性强。 High purity monochloroacetic acid was prepared by catalylic chlorination of acetic acid with chorine by using acetic anhydride as the catalyst, and concentrated H2SO4 as the co-catalyst. The optimal conditions of synthesis were as follows: acetic acid/Cl2/acetic anhydride / H2SO4 is 1 : 1.26 : 0.08 : 0.008, reaction temperature from 100 to 105~C. The purity of monochloroacetic acid can be up to 99%. This method has the advantages of abundant supply of raw materials, simple process, and easy operation.
