摘要透过创新政治经济学的视角,我们可以发现,国有企业的体制有可能具有促进动态规模效益的相对效率特性。国有企业始终是中国追求以创新体制为基础的发展道路所能凭借的基本力量,而是否走上这条道路却又是国有企业走向消亡抑或新生的关键。 From the perspective of political economics of innovation, this paper finds that the stateowned enterprises＇（SOEs） system has the relative effectiveness of improving dynamic returns to scale. SOEs have always been the basic forces by which China pursues the development path basing on innovation system. Meanwhile, whether China goes that way is the key for the SOEs.
