西部地区企业人才流失的原因及对策 被引量:1

The Resaons for Talents Out Flowing of Enterprises in West China

摘要 人才流失是现代企业中一种普遍存在的现象,在西部企业中,这种现象尤其却表现得异常突出,优秀人才的大量流失已经成为严重困扰该地区企业发展的“瓶颈”。西部地区企业人才流失既有宏观因素的影响,但更重要的是西部企业自身的问题。为防范人才的大量流失,西部地区的企业必须转变观念,走出人才管理的误区,采取有效措施,加强对人才资源的管理,堵塞人才流失的漏洞。 Talent out flowing is common in modem corporations particularly in west China Excellent talents out flowing are becoming the heavy obstacle of development in this area The talent out flowing is related with macro economy and enterprise itself. To prevent talents out flowing, enterprises in west China should renew traditional managing concept, adopt efficient measles, upgrade human resource manaement level, and complete management system.
