A Comparative Research on the Evolution of Governmental Functions in three Wide Regions in China

本文以省级政府的财政支出为依据,对我国东中西三大区域的政府职能演进进行了比较分析,客观地描述了各区域政府职能演进的现状,反映了各区域政府职能演进的特征。

This article takes the provincial government expenditure as the basis, comparatively analyzes the evolution of governmental functions of east regions, middle regions, and west regions in China, objectively describes present situation of governmental functions evolving in various regions, besides, it also reflects governmental function evolving characteristic in various regions.
