介绍了某企业研发的工厂化预制混凝土多层住宅梁柱中间拆分框架体系,论述了在预制混凝土结构设计过程中的重点和难点,讨论了此体系设计及生产施工的安全性及可靠性,并分析了中间拆分框架体系的利与弊,希望通过对预制混凝土试验楼的研究,寻找工厂化住宅可靠的技术革新解决方案,加速推广工厂化住宅这种全新的节能、省地、高效、优质的生产方式。

This article introduced the factory precast concrete multi-layer housing beam-column frame system developed by some enterprises, elaborated the emphasis and the difficulty in the precast concrete structural design, discussed the security and reliability in design and construction of this system, and analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of the frame system, we hoped through the research about the precast concrete experiment building to find the reliable technological innovation solution for factory residence and accelerate the promotion of factory residence, which is a new production style with the characteristic of energy conservation, earth-saving, high efficiency and quality.
