金钗石斛、环草石斛挥发性成分研究

Determination of volatile constituents from Dendrobium Nobile Lindl.,Dendrobium Loddigesii Rolfe

目的:研究金钗石斛、环草石斛挥发性成分。方法:利用有机溶剂-水蒸汽蒸馏提取石斛挥发性成分,用GC/MS进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:金钗石斛分离出109个成分,鉴定出63个化学成分,占挥发油总量的86.26:环草石斛分离山63个成分,鉴出52个化学成分,占挥发油总量的87.48。2种石斛挥发油成分中,含有10种相同成分。结论:首次报道利用有机溶剂-水蒸汽蒸馏法提取石斛挥发性成分,并对其进行定性定量研究。

AIM ： To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Dendrobium Nobile Lindl. and Dendrobium Loddigesii Rolfe. METHODS： The chemical compositions of the volatile oil of the plants which were obtained by organic-team distillation with hexane were analyzed by GC-MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. RESULTS： One hundred and nine components were detected in the volatile constituents of Dendrobium nobile Lindl; of which sixty-three compounds representing 86.26% of the oil were characterized. Sixty-three components were detected in the volatile constituents of Dendrobium Loddigesii Rolfe;of which fifty-two compounds representing 87.48% of the volatile oil were identified. There were 10 kinds of the same components in the two kinds of oil. CONCLUSION： This paper reports, for the first time, the composition of volatile oils from Dendrobium Nobile Lindl. and Dendrobium Loddigesii Rolfe which were obtained by organic-team distillation with hexane.
