摘要
石化公司气分、催化重整车间的表面蒸发空冷使用的脱盐水有较强的腐蚀性,造成空冷至少半年发生一次腐蚀性穿孔,严重影响了装置安全、平稳运行,我单位受石化公司委托,对脱盐水采用投加水处理剂的方法以减轻腐蚀,为评价水处理剂的使用效果,对水处理后与水处理前的脱盐水进行腐蚀性评价,水处理前的脱盐水腐蚀速率约是水处理后10倍,从腐蚀评价实验得到:采用的水处理剂大幅度降低了脱盐水的腐蚀速率,取得良好的防腐效果。
Entrusted by Petrochemical corporation,Our unit adopted adding water in the course of salt water removing to ease corrosion.rate of corrosion of salt-removed water before the water treatment is ten times as fast as that of salt-removed water after the water treatment.The outcome of corrosion evaluation experiment is that water-treatment adopted method greatly slows down the corrosion rate and good antisepsis effect is obtained.
