摘要
介绍了采用PE-23液体聚酯和CD-DF333T浆料对纯涤纶经纱上浆时的浆料配方、浆纱工艺、织造效果和使用成本情况,认为使用后能使PVA和淀粉浆较好黏附在涤纶纤维上,且可减少PVA用量,分绞容易,毛羽服帖。
In this article are introduced the size instruction and sizing technology, its weaving efficient and use cost in sizing pure polyester warp ends by use of liquid polyester and CD-DF333T size. It holds that the use of the sizes can make PVA and starch size well sticked to the polyester fiber and the use of PVA reduced, yarn separation easy and the hairiness smoothing.
