北京起重运输机械研究所冯冬梅北京时林公司尹建民摘要:介绍了一个将VisualBasic和OPC成功应用于散粮运输系统的实例。通过VisualBasic开发界面,实现ADO与SQLServer数据库的互连,通过OPC协议建立与WinCC组态软件的互连通道。由PLC及相关组件构成散粮运输监控系统,并通过PROFIBUS控制网,实现对现场运输设备的动态监控,通过仓容管理随时查询当前各个粮仓的数据和报表打印。

This paper covers a successful application of Visual Basic and OPC in bulk grain conveying system. Visual Basic is adopted to realize the connection between ADO and SQL Server and OPC protocol is used for the communication between host and client WinCC. The bulk grain conveying monitoring system with PLC and the related components and the PROFIBUS control net attains dynamic monitoring of field equipment, data querying of bins＇ capacity and report printing.
