摘要
目的探讨鼻粘膜光和热损伤后的生长因子表达及病理改变。方法应用免疫组织化学染色和HE染色,观察正常和光照后鼠鼻中隔粘膜的改变。结果发现随着照射及其时间延长,VEGF、EGF、FGF 3种因子蛋白在粘膜上皮和血管内皮表达明显增强;大鼠鼻粘膜上皮增生、变厚,有的破裂,呈不连续性,血管扩张,粘膜下出现炎细胞侵润;照射15 min组和照射30 min组的VEGF、EGF、FGF测定值与未照射组的测定值分别比较,经t检验均有显著性差异(P<0.05),照射15 min组的VEGF、EGF、FGF测定值与照射30 min的测定值分别比较,t检验结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论VEGF、EGFF、GF
Objective To investigate the expression of growth factor and pathological changes in the injuried nasal mucosa by light and heat. Methods The techniques of immunotfistochemistry stained and HE stained were applied in order to observe the changes between normal and irradiation nasal septum mucesa of mice. Results It showed that the expressions of VEGF EGF and FGF proteins increased with light exposure and exposure time elongation, and the mice nasal mucesa showed epithelia hyperplasia, broken, and discontinuous, glands proliferation, vessel dilatation, and inflammation cells infiltration. There were significant differences of VEGF, EGF, and FGF expression between 15 min and 30 min light exposure groups with non-exposure group separately(Ttest, P 〈 0.05) .There was no significant differences of VEGF, EGF, and FGF expression between 15 min with 30min light exposure group (Ttest, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion VEGF, EGF, and FGF had a close correlation with nasal mucosa damage-repair process after fight injury.
