准确性、可比性及溯源性在静脉血细胞参考范围调查中的应用

Application of accuracy,comparability,and traceability in investigation of venous blood cell reference levels

目的应用二级标准血细胞分析仪,对本市区内五家(三级甲等)医院的不同型号、不同厂家的血细胞分析仪(11台五分类)进行了比对工作,以保证检测结果的准确性、可比性及溯源性;方法在统一的规范化标准检测体系中,对本市区的健康成人体检血标本的(1万余例)血细胞参考范围进行了调查研究;结果正常成人血细胞各参数男、女间均有极显著差异P<0.01,白细胞系各参数男性均高于女性,而Lym则低于女性;红细胞系各参数均高于女性;血小板系各参数低于女性,而PDW高于女性;结论用配套的校准液校准一台仪器,用新鲜血液进行溯源,并传递给其它仪器使本市区内各医院的检测结果具准确性、可比性及溯源性。使一张血细胞检验报告单各在医院均具指导意义,达快速、经济、满意的人性化服务要求。

Objective In order to keep the accuracy,comparability,and traceability of the results, second-standard blood cell analyzer was utilized to cheek the 5 different type blood analyzers used in 5 local,Grade A,Class Three,hospitals. These 11 analyzers were of varied manufacturers and were all capable of differentiating the blood cell into 5 groups. Their results were compared then. Methods Apprised by the standard rules,more than 10 thousand blood samples from healthy adults were tested and the results were compared. Results There was significant difference between the results of men and women （ P 〈 0.01）. The reference levels of WBC and RBC in men were higher than that of in women except for the lymphocytes. The reference levels of platelet were lower in men than in women except for the parameter of PDW. Conclusion Using standard solutions to calibrate instruments and fresh samples to trace the source can make the reports from different hospitals be of universal. This strategy can meet the need of providing rapid, economic and satisfied service of humanity.
