UF-100尿沉渣分析仪与相差显微镜在血尿来源鉴别中的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价UF-100与相差显微镜在血尿来源鉴别中的价值。方法选取肾内科门诊病例95例和住院病例86例,分别用UF-100与相差显微镜检查分析尿液中红细胞的信息。结果对于门诊来源病例和住院来源病例,UF-100检查的敏感性(100%和96.8%)高于相差显微镜(87.9%和85.5%),P<0.05;而相差显微镜的特异性(72.6%和91.7%)高于UF-100(51.6%和58.3%),P<0.05。结论UF-100与相差显微镜结合使用是血尿来源鉴别的最好策略。 Objective to evaluate the clinical significance of UF-100 and phase-contrast microscopyin the localization of the sites of hematuria. Methods Urine samples from 95 out patients and 86 in patients with kidney disease were measured by UF-100 and phase-contrast microscopy.Results The sensitivity of UF-100(100% and 96.8% ) are higher apparently than that of phase-contrast micrescopy(87.9% and 85.5%) in outpatients and inpatients respectively( P 〈 0.05). The speciality of UF-100(51.6% and 58. 3%) are lower apparently than that of phase-contrast microscopy(72.6% and 91.7% ) in outpatients and inpatients respectively( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The best strategy is to combine UF-100 and phase contrast microscopy for the localization of the sites of hematuria.
