有关运动性疲劳的理论一直是运动医学领域研究的热点,特别是对运动性疲劳产生机制的研究,国内外已有大量的报道,本文仅从自由基脂质过氧化的理论角度,对运动性疲劳的产生机制作一综述。

Sports fatigue theory is always the research focus in the field of sports medicine; especially the research about its mechanism has largely been reported. In this text, we will only summary the mechanism of sport fatigue from the view of free radical lipid oxidation theory.
