综合开发我国潮汐能的探讨

An Approach to Comprehensive Development of Tidal Energy in China

本文简要介绍了我国潮汐能分布情况和开发利用的历史，提出“九五”期间兴建万ｋＷ级试验电站在机电和海工建筑方面科研和优化设计的主要课题，并探讨了对潮汐能进行综合开发以进一步降低电站造价和运行成本的问题。

This paper introduces briefly the distribution of tidal energy and the history of development and utilization of tidal energy in China, raises a main subject of scientific research and optimization design in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering and marine structures to build experimental tidal power station of 10MW level during the Ninth Five Years period. The problems of comprehensive development of tidal energy to further reduce the power station construction cost and operation cost are discussed.
