善宁治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血有效剂量的探讨

The Study on the Effective Dose of Octreotide in the Treatment of Acute Esophageal Variceal Bleeding

目的探讨善宁治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的最小有效剂量。方法将44例肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的病例随机分为2组,A组采用善宁20ug/h、B组采用善宁30ug/h持续静脉注射(微量注射泵给药),观察2组止血疗效。结果2组间善宁使用的剂量差异有显著性,但2组间的止血效果差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论对肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血用<25ug/h及>25ug/h的善宁治疗,其止血效果无显著差异,小剂量(20ug/h)的善宁有同样的止血效果。

Objective: To explore the minimum effective doses of octreotide in the treatment of acute esophageal variceal bleeding.Methods: A total of 44 patients with acute esophageal variceal bleeding were divided randomly into two groups;A group, the doses of octreotide infusion was 20 ug/h;B group, the doses of octreotide infusion was 30ug/h. The effect of octreotide in the control of esophageal variceal bleeding was observed in two groups.Results: The doses of octreotide was significantly different in two groups, but the treatment effect of octreotide did not show any significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions: The effect of octreotide in the treatment of acute esophageal variceal bleeding was not significantly different between the doses of <25 ug/h groups and >25 ug/h, lower doses of octreotide (20 ug/h) was as effective as higher doses of octreotide(30 ug/h) in controlling esophageal variceal bleeding.
