摘要
T225NG是一种新型的钛合金材料,此种钛合金作为结构材料用于高效核反应堆的直流蒸汽发生器上。在这种工作条件下,合金容易和高温高压水反应而生成金属氧化物并放出氢,部分氢会被合金吸收生成氢化物,对其性能造成不利影响。本文对这种合金中的氢化物做了系统细致的研究,确定了其中氢化物的类型、取向关系、惯析面。
T225NG is a new type of titanium alloy, which is mainly used as structional materials in the steam generator of nuclear reactor. Under the working conditions, this kind of titanium alloy will react with high temperature and high pressure water and then generate metal oxide and hydrogen. Some of hydrogen will be absorbed by this alloy and make some bad effects on it. This paper studys the hydrides of this kind of titanium alloy and clarifes its type , direction and precipitation.
