我国洗钱犯罪立法剖析

Analyzing the Legislation of the Crime of Money Laundry in Our Country

控制和惩治洗钱犯罪是包括我国在内的国际社会的共同任务。我国现行刑法关于洗钱罪的规定存在诸多不足,需要进一步加以完善。本文参照国际公约的有关规定,结合我国的国情,就我国反洗钱刑事立法的完善提出建议。

Controlling and punishing＇the crime of money laundry is a common duty of international society including our country. In our country, the current criminal law has many insufficiencies related to the crime, which needs to perfect deeply. According to the related stipulation of the international joint pledge, combining with our country＇s situation, the article puts forward some proposals in terms of perfecting our country＇s legislation of the crime.
