高职教育若干问题的思考

我国高等职业教育大众化起步较晚,但发展很快,这给高职院校的从教人员提出了挑战,要求从教人员树立科学发展观,提高教学质量,以适应社会发展的需要。要完成这一历史重任,高职院校除了继续加大硬件投入外,还应迅速提高教学管理水平和从教人员的职业素质。

Our country＇s higher vocational ed＇ucation starts out late, but develops rather quickly, which brings great challenge to the teacher of vocational college. It＇s requested that the teacher should set up the scientific developing view, improve the quality of teaching so as to meet the need of social development. In order to complete this historical responsibility, besides continuing to enlarge the hardware investment, the most urgent question is to raise the teaching management level and the teachers＇ professional quality rapidly.
