Present Situation and Consideration on Higher Agricultural Education

建设社会主义新农村,必须培养高素质应用型创新人才。要解决好高等农业教育大众化与办学经费、物质条件及师资队伍建设的矛盾,必须建立产学研合作办学的模式,加大教育投入,深化教育教学改革,加强师资队伍建设,只有这样,才能在人才培养的质量上有所提高,才能使我国高等农业教育沿着持续、健康的方向发展。

Building a new socialist rural area is necessary to train high-quality applied innovative talents. To resolve higher agricultural education popularity and school funding, material conditions and teacher cultivation,it is supposed to establish cooperative enterprises sponsoringe school model, increase investment in education, and strengthen teacher training. This can increase the quality of personnel training, and meet the needs of building a new socialist rural area.
