发展中青年专家党员是党的“十六大”在加强党员队伍建设方面做出的重要战略部署。通过其概念内涵和外延的科学界定,研讨发畏党员工作中存在的问题及原因,提出新时期高校中青年专家发展党员工作的措施和建议。

Cultivation of the Communist Party members among midle-aged and young experts is an important task in the Sixteenth Parliament of the CPC. This paper explores the existing problems and reasons in the work of cultivating new Communist Party members, and raises some suggestions on improving the cultivation of the Communist Party member among the middle-aged and young experts in the new period.
