摘要
通过对鸡、鹌鹑、鸡(♂)与鹌鹑(♀)属间杂交种的42个表型性状值和9种限制性内切酶的mtDNA-RFLP图谱进行分析,探讨了家禽远缘杂交的遗传效应。结果表明:鸡(♂)与鹌鹑(♀)属间杂交种的胸宽、胸深等12个性状具有超亲优势,肌纤维直径等25个性状及mtDNA都遵循母性遗传规律。
Forty-two phenotypic traits in chicken, quail and chicken-quail hybrids were detected and analyzed with nine restriction enzymes by means of PCR-RFLP. Genetic effects of poultry hybrids were studied. ＇Ihe results showed twelve traits of hybrids including chest width and chest depth etc exceeded their parents. Twenty-five traits including muscle fibrin diameter ete and mt-DNA were combined with maternity gene.
