摘要
对1年生芦笋进行NaCl、Na2CO3和混和盐胁迫处理,检测不同盐碱对芦笋的伤害程度和渗透调节物质含量变化。结果表明:中性盐对芦笋伤害不明显,且低浓度的中性盐有利于芦笋生长;碱性盐对芦笋伤害严重,且随着浓度增大伤害程度加重;混合盐对芦笋的伤害介于中性盐和碱性盐之间。渗透调节物质含量变化趋势表明,中性盐能提高可溶性糖含量,碱性盐则促进脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的合成。
In the paper the damaged degree and change of osmotic substances from one-year old asparagus treated with different content of NaCl,Na2CO3 and complex saline salt wrer mainly measured. The results showed that neutral salt stress didn' t obviously damage organizations of asparagus ,and low content of neutral salt stress was benefit for growth of asparagus. But alkaline stress seriously damaged biological system of asparagus, and the effect of alkaline stress was strengthened with increasing content of alkaline salt. While the effect of complex salt stress was between neutral and alkaline stress. Meanwhile the changed tendency of osmotic substances indicated that: neutral salt stress promoted to increase soluble sugar, but alkaline salt stress promoted to accumulate proline and soluble protein.
