摘要
阐述了我国面粉加工企业发展面临的机遇和挑战,针对中小型面粉企业发展遇到的问题,提出了应对策略与解决途径。
In this paper the opportunities and challenges faced by flour processing industry in China were discussed, the strategies and the approaches of the problem-resolving were put forward.
