摘要
水资源可持续利用问题越来越受到全社会关注。通过分析经典的控制理论和李嘉图资源模型,结合水资源本身的特点,给出了水资源的宏观开发利用模型,揭示水资源开发利用的一般规律。
Water resource problem is a hot topic in our society. This paper made an analysis of ricardo resources model, control theory and water resources management reality, and then proposed a macro- model for water resources development.
