摘要 文章介绍和分析了多级闪蒸、多效蒸馏和反渗透3种海水淡化技术在电厂中应用的现状和发展趋势。结合我国海水淡化技术的进展以及存在的问题,提出了从水电联产、扩大规模、提高技术水平和综合利用4个方面降低海水淡化成本的措施。针对海水淡化面临的形势,提出了加快我国海水淡化产业发展的建议,如海水淡化纳入国家水资源发展规划;海水淡化作为公益事业享受与传统水资源建设项目一样的财政补贴政策等。 The paper briefs and analyzes the present application situation in power plants and development trend of multistage flash,multiple-effect distillation and reverse osmosis three kinds of seawater desalination technologies. Combining with the progress of seawater desalination tcchnology in China and the existing problems, the paper puts forward the measures of lowering seawater desalination cost from the water-electricity cogeneration,broadening scale,raising technical kvel and comprehensive utilization etc.four aspects.In light of the situation, seawater desalination being faced with, the paper puts forward the suggestions on speeding up the development of seawater desalination industry in China,such as.to bring seawater desalination into national water resources development plan;with seawater desalination as a cause of public welfare, to enjoy the same financial subsidies policy as the traditional water resources construction project etc.
