摘要
针对我国大部分城乡电网功率因数偏低的现状,研制了基于单片机控制并使用新型的智能电表芯片作为数据采集的高压无功动态补偿装置。文章介绍了农网10kV户外柱上无功动态补偿装置的结构、控制策略,以及系统的硬件和软件设计。并以应用实例对使用该装置的运行情况、无功补偿的设计方案、设备投运后的经济效益测算进行了介绍和分析。
According to the present situation of low power factor in most of rural power network in China,HV reactive power compensation device was developed, which is controlled by single chip processor and adopted the new intelligent electric meter chip as the data acquisition. The paper introduced the structure, control strategy, system hardware and software design of 10 kV outdoor pole- mounted reactive power tom pensation device. Taken its application for example, the operating conditions, designing scheme, economic benefits after putting into service for this reactive power compensation device were analyzed.
